Contains iodinated salt, vegetable mix and soya seasoning. This can be just broth that would be tasty with cracker-type bred. Or as a base for soups, sauces, vegetable, baked fish and meat courses. It could be added instead of salt when boiling pasta, potatoes or rice. The soup is also a source of ionised iodine. The nourishment value is only 5 Kcal per 100 ml
